2. What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect: full name, phone number, email address, and any message you send us. Automatically, through cookies and only with your consent, we collect data about your behaviour on the site and your IP address. See our Cookie Policy for details.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to: respond to your enquiry about apartments or arrange a viewing; analyse site traffic (Google Analytics 4), only with your consent; and run remarketing advertising (Facebook Pixel), only with your consent.
4. Data retention
Contact enquiry data is kept for 12 months after the last contact. Analytics data (GA4) is kept for up to 26 months, and marketing data (Facebook Pixel) for up to 180 days.
5. Data recipients
We do not sell your data to third parties. For the technical operation of the site we use the following processors: Sanity Inc. (content management), Resend (email delivery), Google LLC (Google Analytics 4), and Meta Platforms Inc. (Facebook Pixel) — all compliant with the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
6. Your rights

7. Right to complain
